    Does anyone have or know where I could find the default hat files for the cop, fat cop, and traffic cop? Thanks. 

     

    I may be wrong on this, but I don't think you can release the default hat files because they are Rockstar's models and doing so would be illegal.

     

    However, I believe you can find the exact same hat in various NYPD/LCPD packs such as the Better Police Peds pack.

    but would it be not illeagal if he had the game but lost the files and asked a "friend for help"

    I'll try downloading some packs and see if they include hats

    I found a hat for the regular cop. I could care less about the fat one.
