I accidentally saw this video on Youtube , wondering know what type of plugin will let the police station so big, thanks for your help.

    They added a Mission Row MLO Addon Map, found here. There are install instructions on the download, and there are a few tutorials on how to add it on YouTube if you wish to have a visual representation.

    Were the peds in that video spawned manually or does the map include them already? I know about the ones in the lobby, but do they also spawn in the offices and other areas on their own?
