ELS V6 wont go off

hi my friend just started playing gta iv with mods and he asked me this. i turn on els lights but wont go off how do i turn them off. i told hime to press j but didnt work? any help thanks!!

Try pressing J, K, L, and G. Sometimes the lights come on automatically with the siren, which is G. If just the yellow lights are flashing, he needs to press K, and if the headlights (and sometimes lights in the lightbar) aren't flashing, but just turned completely on, he should try pressing L. If you got a trainer enabled it could also be preventing you from turning the lights off

it happens to me with the traine r I have I can't have it enabled and ELS going at the same time or the j,k,l buttons won't work
