The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

In the past when EMS would be called and they would revive the ped, they would take them on the stretcher. Now they don’t do that. The ped stands there just moving back and forth. With Better EMS they do but not on a stretcher the ped just follows the paramedic to the ambulance then the doors open and he gets in, how can I get them to take the ped on a stretcher instead of following the medics.

    As a workaround, you can use the STP menu when talking to the newly revived pedestrian, and select ambulance pickup (rather than taxi or police transport). It will cause another ambulance to come, but they will take them at that point.
