Hey, I saw this car and I really liked the looks of it, but I don't know what it's called or where to find it. Thanks for any help you can give me!

    Ford CVPI NYPD HWP with risers. Don't think it is easy to obtain - the original author withheld the link some time after it was released, from what I heard.

     

    I think there is one on gta4-mods.com, however it is not based on the most recent NYPD setup.
