Hello everyone. I’m upset and frustrated. My game was working fine yesterday, then after watching a tutorial on how to fix disappearing police cars I went into open iv and increased the lods on all the downloaded police vehicles as the video suggested now GTA 5 crashes on loading screen. I did a game verification and it said 3 files were missing and needed to be installed. It did so then when I went back for some reason the rage hook icon was missing and I couldn’t find it. So I reinstalled LSPDFR and tried to start game but game keeps crashing. Can anyone help please. 

What do you have now? A gta crash or lspdfr crash?

OfficerChris1 I believe I found the issue. In the vehicles.Mets were the lod for each vehicle is I somehow copied and pasted an extra line above the numbers that caused the crash. Game is now up and running. Thank you for your help. Who’d of thought it was something so minuscule in that Open iv file to cause game to crash.

So now game loads up but my ELS and trainer v don’t work. I reinstalled ELS and Native Trainer But nothing.

Do you have scripthookv installed? And els, scripthookv and trainerv belong in the main gta folder

Yes I even reinstalled them and added scripthookv.net. I installed game config, Heap adjuster and Pack file adjuster. I’ve also did a game verification files check and everything was loaded fine. And still when I get into a police vehicle all lights come on and I can’t get them to flash.  Plus I can’t open native trainer menu. And I reinstalled it as well and replaced the file.

Ok found the problem, it was the game config, I didn’t install it properly the first time. Went back in there and reinstalled it with the right configurations. I didn’t do the configurations before. Thanks again. 

The only thing is the fix I thought I did so that the police vehicles i down loaded stop disappearing when you walk away or when back up is coming all you see is the officers and flashing lights no car until it gets closer. The fix I used from a you tube video didn’t work. Even though I redid the game config it still shows up in vehicle.meta the lods numerical values are still there. So I need to find another solution for that.
