This sounds like you have either a faulty XML (ELS) file, installed in the incorrect place, or you have scroll lock on.

  1. Ensure scroll lock is off before trying to click any of the keys (like CNTRL+P). It should not display red text saying it is active.
  2. Ensure the model is named correctly in OpenIV & your ELS file, they should have the same name.
    • Ex: A "police" model in OpenIV will use the els file called "police"
  3. Ensure the models XML (ELS) file is in the correct location in addition to being named correctly. It should be in Grand Theft Auto V -> ELS -> pack_default
    • Also ensure you replaced the ELS file with the one you got from the pack. Simply replacing a vehicle with a ELS file already there does not work.
    • Simply reinstall the vehicle model.
  4. Ensure you have the latest version of ScriptHookV, which ELS depends on.
