Los Angeles Mod and Graphic Enhancers

I was wondering if it would be possible to run Los Angeles Mod (http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=10014) along with a graphic enhancer such as ENB or iCEnhancer. It will be run on a computer with an ATI Raedon HD 5570 and an i5 processor.

 

Currently, with LA Mod, I can run GTA IV on very high graphics. 

 

I'm asking this because I'm roleplaying a California city, and I want to add on a graphic enhancer. If I can add on a graphic enhancer, which one would you recommend for my computer?

    The LA mod should work with any ENB. It only replaces textures and models, like crosswalks and palm tree's. ENB's play around with visual settings.
