Ultimate Backup and my callouts do not load when i go on duty

Hi, so basically when I load all plugins via the rage hook console all loads well. then when i go on duty and it tries to load ultimate backup and callouts but I get an error. please can someone help me get my callouts and ultimate backup working again?
