The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

yes uninstall the cars, and install new ones (or just leave it as vanilla fbi cars)
then rename your "_mods" folder back to "mods" and retry

i installed new fbi ones, didnt work

no but ill just rename the cars i want to policeold1 and policeold2
