I recently noticed this, so I wanted to share for those who might no know. I was a bit surprised of it because I recently needed to update from 0.3 (yeah I know...) to 0.4 and got into this, thought it was a bug caused by mods but it isn´t:

 

The siren control has changed by Rockstar. I´m not sure which is which, lets say siren 1, 2 and 3.

(wail, yelp, rumbler?)

Old controls:

1 = Standard by pressing button

2 and 3 = holding button down (toggled somehow between them).

 

New controls:

1 = Standard by pressing button

3 = holding button down

2 = double tap button and with the second tap holding it down
