Hey Keith,

 

I was thinking just something simple; red/blue lights mounted behind the windshield and maybe some lights for the rear window. I am just looking for a plain ol' undercover/unmarked type of car. 

 

Like this, but the Oldsmobile 442 or the in game Sabre Turbo if the Olds is too difficult or not possible.
