The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

What do you mean it "doesnt load properly"?

Try launching GTA V normally first. Then once fully in-game and you can walk around, tab out and launch RPH. See if you can use LSPDFR then.

    - Close down your game.

    - Go into your RagePluginHook settings (hold Shift after launching RPH, or click the silver cog on the splash screen).

    - Go to the Plugins section.

    - Select the option to load no plugins on startup. Save and launch.

    - Once you're in-game, press F4 > type ReloadAllPlugins. Go on duty as normal.
