So all of a sudden out of the blue, lspdfr wont load and I can't go on duty, I'm also missing textures. When I pause the game, at the top right corner where it usually says my name, it will put in a different random name every time I launch the game through rage. I was Just playing minutes before without issues until lspdfr randomly crashed.

I see two possible problems.
1: Simply reinstall LSPDFR using the manual installer
2: You might simply just be out of ram. How much does your PC have?

Okay never mind I have 8gigs installed and 4 available

That page just shows backups. And frankly it isn't supported anymore is what I heard from RPH so you can just ignore it.
