i just downloaded the loader into my gta files and it is going to the correct location, the games root file, however only the folders are showing up none of the .dll or any of the other files. when i try and download a mod it gives me error 403.  does anyone know how i can fix this? thanks

    The loader is different from the Mod Manager. The Mod Manager allows you to download files from LCPDFR.com directly into your LML folder, but you can also manually download them and extract them there. Can you be more specific what is not working for you?
