Rage Plugin Hook Not Launching

Basically, every time I try to launch the game with RPH, it doesn't get past the R* intro. I've tried verifying my game files, disabling my mods folder, and reinstalling RPH. It is definitely an RPH issue, because the game runs fine without it. Even trying to hook RPH into the game after launching it through the R* Launcher doesn't work. I've attached the RPH crash report and the RPH log. Any help I could get would be great. Thanks!

I've ended up having to just completely reinstall GTA. Might wanna try that.
