rage plugin hook keep crashing after installing cars and sirens

so i download a new car pack and a new sirens, but when i try to open my rage plugin hook its just crash it keep crashing when it says "installing core" here's my rage plugin hook log and i have my rage plugin hook crash report but i dont understand a single thing.

Update: now i cant access my story mode it keeps force closing in loading to story mode

Does normal GTA V crash as well?

If yes, rename mods to _mods and try again.

If that works, ensure you have  downloaded a gameconfig as well as the Heap and Packfile Limit Adjuster.

The Adjusters go in the Main Directory. The Gameconfig you should use is the base one and it is installed to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data via OpenIV.
