When im in the pursuit suspect just go away some feet and got a little pit ( even its not make them lost control) they

surrender immediately, idk why but i got that about 2-3 days till now.

Try to raise up this values: Ambient.EscapedSuspectEncounterInterval = 90000      Chase.SuspectEscapeTime = 180000
