The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Remove Ridiculous Callouts from plugins/lspdfr as it is outdated.


Also the CopHolster plugin goes in plugins not plugins/lspdfr and needs to be loaded though Rage. And you will need to set Ambient.DisablePlayerHolsteringActions = true in the lspdfr.ini for it to work properly. 

 

Make these changes first and if it's still crashing when going on duty try renaming the mods folder to _mods, this will disable it, and then loading and going on duty.
