I narrowed down my issue.

all work fine. Even replacing police, police2, police3 works fine however my game crashes while loading every single time if i try to install any addon vehicle mod. does anyone have any advice?

I got it to load. I went into OPEN iV, mods, update, update.rpf, common, data. Move the gameconfig to your desktop then delete it in the open iv. Then move it back from your desktop into open iv. This makes the game thing its new. My added police vehicles are gone but it loads up. We have to wait for an updated gameconfig for our vehicles to show up again. I'm personally not adding anything new until gameconfig is updated.

That did not work for me, I saw the author for gameconfig on his original post said that this recent update did not change gameconfig so it has nothing to do with gameconfig and to not expect an update so idk

It seems the second I add any addon to my game it begins crashing on launch. Does anyone have any advice? Is your updated game working with addons? 

i figured it out. when i was dragging my gameconfig.xml to my gta i was doing it while inside of the zip and open IV doesnt allow you to do that. it looked like it worked but it seems it just blocks it without giving any errors. thank you for the effort you put in to help

I also get stuck if I try to put something new, I think it depends on gameconfig at this point. Hopefully solve it as soon as possible

Create a new thread and include your ragehook crash file logs so more people can help

Goodmorning i have resolve the problem for now 😂😂. The crash is the folder of addon so i erase this and replace with new folder...
