Lights not flashing with custom vehicles

So I added few custom vehicles (non-els) to my game.
And well their lights are not flashing, its like they are broken.

Would appreciate if anyone could tell me any short of troubleshooting for this issue

- Yes, i have my shaders on high+
- Yes, I have my PostFX on high+
