Update RPH using the manual.

You do not. Make sure you are using the manual version of LSPD:FR.

Delete RagePluginHook.exe and reinstall LSPD:FR/RPH Manual.

i already did that like 5 times lol i dont know what else too so i looked at ton of videos on youtube and nothing this is what it tells me

The installed game version (2699.16) is not supported. This build of RAGE Plugin Hook is made for version 2802.0.

Now your game is outdated.

Delete GTA5.exe and verify.

Can I offer another suggestion Tim.Smkb.

Delete the Grand Theft Auto V folder that has been created.

Reinstall Grand Theft Auto so you have a fresh new copy - should take no more than an hour.

Go to LSPDFR website.   Install LSPD First Response 0.4.9 (Build 8382 - RPH Fix).   This time, try the lspdfr_049_8382_setup.exe.

This hopefully will solve your problem, as well as provide you with the current version of LSPDFR and RagePluginhook.

Remember, you will also need to install the latest Ragenativeui.dll with the instructions already provided by TheLastKnight2 in another message in the last day.

Why? That is a time waster and useless when his GTA is just simply outdated.

Also, never use the auto installer. Always manual.
