How to get Neolux ENB to work for 1.0.7.0

Ive looked for ages for a nice enb and I found this one : http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/neolux-enb-v12-f10212 but its for 1.0.4.0 but I know people can get it to work for 1.0.7.0 so does anyone know how :) + rep for help :)

    Neolux has updated versions of his ENB which work on 1.0.7.0, they can be found on GTAPoliceMods under (GTA IV)Assorted Modifications/Miscellaneous/Other Modifications. I'd recommend either Config 2 or Config 3, they both look awesome.
