I have a clean Vechiels.ide

and a clean handling

Did you replace that with the speedo? Or did you try putting it in as like police, or polpatriot if so thats your problem

but it only does in EFLC

It's your handling line, check to see if the model came with a handling line. If not, copy the Speedo handling line and replace the polpatriot line with it.
