ELS Police lightbars not working

For the past few sessions I've been dealing with police lightbar issue. A few of the lights stay on and when I press J nothing happens. Ive already deleted and reinstalled the mod and unistalled and reinstalled both ASI loader and OpenIV asi. What should I do?

can you verify that els works correctly, like is the els panel opening when pressing cntrl + p?

double check if you have the els- <vehicle>.xml for each vehicle installed.

 

otherwise post the asiloader.log and the els.log and check the date from each log when its created.
