The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

LSPDFR crash when going on duty

Could be your RageNativeUi

Make sure you grab the latest one. Can be found by doing a quick Google Search.  One of your mods that you have installed is reliant on this particular dll
