The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Rename mods to _mods. If that works, download and install the following.

The gameconfig goes into mods/update/update.rpf/common/data. In the download, open the folder named after the most recent GTA update (not older versions). Then select the 1,5x Peds and 1,5x Traffic Config and install it via OpenIV.

    when i renamed it i was able to load in but when i did all of those other things my game still continued to crash what do i do now?
