I have very frequent cutoffs while being on a mission (callout) while driving freely (even on duty) cutoffs occur very rarely. But when I am already in the middle of, for example, a chase (no matter if on foot or not and no matter where on the map) very often cuts my game. Even once for 5-10 seconds (the cutoff lasts about a second or half). I do not hide it is very inconvenient :/.

It also happened that I crashed the game during one of the chases. When I called for reinforcements (key B. Function from the base mod LSDPFR)

for a more stable game i recommend removing callouts/plugins that are no longer updated and may cause your game to crash/ stutter.

Install the newest RageNativeUI. Drag and drop the file in the main directory. Click replace if asked.

you have to do that everytime you install a plugin that comes with ragenativeui, or you do not replace the ragenativeui.😝

The problem is that whenever I install a new plugin, I don't reupload the files I already have (such as ragenativeui).
I tried to reinstall the game. And I will add plugins little by little. I will then see at what point the game starts to stutter again. Or maybe I just installed any of the plugins wrong and that's why I have this problem.
That's what I will try to deal with.
I have one more question
What plugins/mods/addons do you recommend that I should even have? 
I mean such must have ones and ones that will add variety to my game.
