The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

That's normal, Rockstar did not update the file description for GTAV.

 

As for your issue, load GTAV and enter story mode, and only then load up RPH. How does that go?

no that never worked. I ended up reinstalling with the same mods and plugins i had before, but its working for now. Thank you
