RPH & LSPDFR Not Loading 100%

Featured Replies

Spoiler

I can start RPH perfectly fine, and it'll load until it gets to the black screen where LSPDFR begins to load.

I notice that it freezes for about 3-4 seconds when it's supposed to be first initializing LSPDFR and it should give the "New commands added! - Plugin LSPD First Response adds _ new commands" prompt. However I don't get that prompt, and it keeps on going with the spinning circle and "Loading LSPDFR" on the bottom right until the game actually loads in. When I load in, nothing relating to RPH or LSPDFR works. The key to open the RPH console doesn't work. Hitting E to enter a station doesn't work. Even in the GTA5 pause menu, the "LSPDFR" drop-down menu doesn't allow me to open any subsections.

Any help with this? Here's a list of what I've attempted;
- Reinstall LSPDFR 0.49
- Reinstall RPH (got ahold of the updated RageNativeUI.dll through a friend)
- Reinstall OpenIV (didn't see an update mods folder popup despite the new update)
- "Force Windowed Mode", "Borderless Window", etc. through RPH Settings
- Load GTA5 through Steam first, and then launch RPH
- Deactivate certain plugins from loading on startup through RPH (Cop Holster, EUP Menu, LSPD First Response, Spike Stripes V, StickyWheels)
- Verify integrity of game files through Steam (recovered one file, unspecified)

I've attached a video showing the problem, and I've also left my RPH.log file as well
