dinput8.dll loads .asi files from the main directory and inside the scripts folder

post your asiloader.log from the main gta folder.

try renaming the mods folder to _mods that disables it from loading.

you may have problems in your mods folder and/ or in your .asi files

I've got that too, and as soon as I removed my scripts and tried to launch GTA without RPH I've got "TODO" error, which I found is up to be dealt by Rockstar as they messed up the latest update. Nothing more than waiting can be done.
