The error is saying that an unknown game has crashed (Probably GTA V) like 4 seconds after game launched

    There is just one problem i think the error is saying that he's creating a crash report but i don't think it's really creating it on my pc.

     

    and sometimes RPH Says that he can't Hook the game for unknown reasons
