Did you modify any xml. files inside "lspdfr - data" folder?

Looks like there was an issue when the game was trying to load DutyMenu. 

 

Download LSPDFR manual installation from this website, and replace "duty_selection.xml" inside "lspdfr - data" folder.

If it crashed again. Can you try to replace all the xml files inside "lspdfr - data?" Make backups before replacing them.
