Code 3 ELS MAJOR Bug Need Help in LSPDFR

Featured Replies

Hi in lspdfr when I go code 3 in police slot and police2 slot, the brakelights go out and or one brake light and one headlight go out. Code 1, 2 is fine just code 3. This happened after installing a graphics mod but he can't even figure it out. Can anyone assist with this or help me fix it so I can get back on patrol?

I'm not here to provide a solution unfortunately - I find this issue just appears and is a nuisance.

Your best bet is to fiddle around with things. Such as reinstalling ELS, ASI Loaders (OpenIV < Tools < ASI Manager) and that kind of stuff.

Probably not the news you wanted to hear but hopefully it's better than seeing your thread unanswered.

That said, do let me know if you get this fixed (and if so, how!)

Did you try to turn on both headlights and tailLights flash option (drift pattern) in the .xml file?

Example: <Headlights DfltPattern="1" ColorL="white" ColorR="white" />
                <TailLights DfltPattern="1" ColorL="red" ColorR="red" />

Did this happen after you installed the graphic mod? Can you turn both headlights and brakelights on without ELS?

I appreciate the response. I did try a few of the things you mentioned but I will keep trying and will keep you posted.

Hey bro. I am from Jersey! SO yes this happened after I installed the V-reloaded graphic mod. However the previous free pharem graphic mod I think caused this issue too but when I first installed the game it was fine but then I tried messing with making the game brighter and adjusting radience in the els ini and that is when things started I recall. I did a fresh install of ELS and it's still busted. The glitch only happens with police and police2 slots. The head and brake lights all work just fine UNTIL I go code3. Going code3 the head and brake lights go out. The police lights work fine just though. I did a test mods folder where all I put was the graphic mod and patch day22 and the issue was gone however I wasn't getting the wigwag pattern on the head lights.

Also this is what is in the car xml.

        <Headlights DfltPattern="1" ColorL="white" ColorR="white" />
        <TailLights DfltPattern="0" ColorL="red" ColorR="red" />
        <IndicatorsF DfltPattern="0" ColorL="white" ColorR="white" />
        <IndicatorsB DfltPattern="0" ColorL="red" ColorR="red" />
        <ReverseLights DfltPattern="0" ColorL="white"

Hello to everyone that was helping me with my ELS lighting issue where in code 3 my head and taillights were not working in the police & police2 slots. I had installed V-reloaded graphic mod and that's where things started. I was also trying to rename the polce2 car from a sheriff name but whatever I tried those police slots were just giving me issues. Had no idea what happened or what was causing it. SO I simply took the police2 car and made it policeold1 then installed normal police & police2 cars (not renaming them) and suddenly things started working as normal. Can anyone help me understand what was causing this?
