The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I just reinstaled GTAV and I installed once again LSPDFR, now Rage plugin hook don't see it when I open it and Idk what is a problem

    What do you mean rph does not see plugins? 

    Are you talking about plugins located under gtav/plugins ?

    do they not load because they are not selected in the rph window?
