The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

LSPDFR Crashing Upon Loading

So, whenever I try to load LSPDFR, the plugin crashes. The game keeps running as normal, and I know that it's some sort of issue in the LSPDFR data folder. Could someone please tell me what .xml to fix, if at all possible? I've attached my RPH log. Thanks!

Looks like the outfits.xml file to me.

"Error loading outfits System.Xml.XmlException: The 'Variations' start tag on line 5 position 4 does not match the end tag of 'Outfits'. Line 53, position 3."
