Texture going crazy after 10 minutes of gaming

Featured Replies

Hello GTA V Community,

i´ve reached the end of my knowledge and hope that one or more genius brains out there in the community knows a way out of my situation.

first of all here are my PC specs:

GPU: Nvidia GeForce 3090

CPU: Intel i7 12700k

RAM: G.Skill Trident 64gb DDR5

Main: Aorus Z690 Elite AX

2x Crucial 2TB Sata SSD MX500

Windows 11

(GTA5 is my only game installed!)

when i play GTA 5 SP Story Mode or LSPDFR my textures going crazy after a few minutes of gaming, streets look like sandy roads, buildings dissapear, rock textures look like playing on PS1 and so on

yes i use mods like LSPDFR, Addon cars, replace cars and some other stuff and yes i already testet it with stock GTA5 cars, without spawning Addon cars.

i play on game version 2699 and updated all plugins, i use Heap Adjuster 1.0, gameconfig and all other necessary stuff to run a modded game.

i don´t think that my PC is not enough, made a benchmark on GTA = 187FPS without stuttering, CPU usage 37% and GPU is at 62%(with maximum graphic setting)

i tried setting the GTA.exe on high priority put there was nearly no change in the texture problem.

already tried with low graphic setting, medium and maximum and came to the result that the game runns best wirh highest settings 😅

Driver updates  are all done

i do not use a ReShade program or anything else that changes the optics.

For LSPDFR: Main preload all models set to false too

maybe i am wrong due to the fact i am not an PC expert but is it possible that GTA suffers from a RAM and VRAM barrier set by R*?

is there a way to give my game all the needed resources ?

it feels like driving a 800HP car in first gear knowing it can do more but the gearshift is stuck.🥺

i always wonder how those streamers can play with impressive ReShade graphics, modded cars and all that stuff without those crappy textures.

am i doing something wrong? have i missed something?

right now i am realy p***ed of by the behavior of the game especially with the knowledge that my pc could run way more than this.

if someone of you would have a proposal what causes this problem i would be more than thankfull 🌹

greetings

Davie
