So I have been attempting to install the Area Livery Mod in order to have Alderney State Police cars spawn, but for some reason the mod simply is not working. I followed the instructions to a T, I have scripthooks, dsound and whatnot. I am able to run two trainers, clothing and car mods just fine and none of the logs are throwing errors. I'm thinking it may be an issue with my scripts folder as mods that require me to put stuff in there have not worked, but the folder is empty, so I don't know what could be wrong. If anybody can help me that would be brilliant.
