There are two paths you can go:

 

1. (Recommended) Remove the outdated plugins, all of your callouts you installed are outdated and may cause issues, but do not have to

2. Just install LSPDFR+, which is required by your other outdated plugins and the reason for the crash right now

Do the Traffic policer and arrest manager doing the problems?

And I am not aware of any callouts I was downloading

The outdated callouts that I meant are TrafficPolicer, ArrestManager, PoliceSmartRadio and the missing LSPDFR+.

I agree with just removing the outdated plugins. May as well boot them so they don't cause any issues. It looks like the only plugins you are using are well... all outdated.

 

Regarding this error:

 

This was caused by PoliceSmartRadio, and unfortunately, you'll probably run into it again. I was, and couldn't be assed to fix it. I'd remove it and use the functions from the GrammarPolice radio. It works similarly to the PSR one.

What that means? Sorry, I'm working on runnig lspdfr with mods for 4 hours now and Im lost as hell now.

 

 

just remove all files out of gtav/plugins/lspdfr

replace it with stoptheped and 686callouts for example

ultimatebackup and compulite are good too.
