Game Freezing after going on duty after installing and uninstalling a car

Hi,

 

I had this issue in the past, but it has cropped up again once I installed a different car into the fbi2 slot.  I removed it, and replaced it with a car that has never given be trouble.  My game freezes right after I go on duty.  I think it might be a plugin or a callout pack issue, but I am not sure which one.  I have included by RPH log.  Any help is appreciated

    Adding onto this, I saw that your Plugin TImeout Threshold was at 10000. Try this:

     

    Launch RAGEPluginHook, then immediately hold shift. In the popup, change Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60000.

    Next, download this .zip file, open it, and place RAGENativeUI.dll into your root GTAV folder; Your's is outdated:

    Also please delete the RAGENativeUI.dll that you put in your plugins folder.....
