So I have installed everything where I think it is the right place( I have installed plenty of things before) and nothing happens.

I have re-installed the files into the game and still nothing. 

Dont really feel like uninstalling gta or putting in my backups.

I believe I am just putting a file in the wrong location.

 

Would anyone be kind enough to just walk me through the location of each file?

    The problem might be when installing the sounds. It's not too easy to do because I failed on that as well and there for simply skipped it.

    You might want to put backup sounds in the Snowmod directory you've choosen and then it should work just fine.

    Well, the thing is that, also I, fail a lot in installing sound modifications. Just won't work right and becomes a non functional file in the directory. There's a chance you did the same thing wrong as I did.

    Regular sounds. Regular sky. Regular non-snow rain falling from the sky.

    But, the snow mod is very simple to install. You just drag the folders into your directory, and tell Windows to replace all the files and merge all the folders.
