The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

popgroups.ymt missing lines

My popgroups.ymt file seems to be missing lines. For example, VEH_HWAYCOP does not exist and I have never edited this file. Do I need to find the full popgroups in a certain x64 folder or was the file moved to a different location? I am not even able to find police4 and policeb in that file, but those vehicles definitely spawn on the highway.

I have attached my original popgroups file as a txt, which I found at update > update.rpf > x64 > levels > gta 5. Any help would be great, thanks!
