My RagePluginHook crashing when I launching it with gta 5, I launching gta 5 by rockstar game launcher. My game doesnt crashing when I launch it without RPH, and btw my RPH log file has gone!

What else do you have installed except for lspdfr and rph? Like graphic mods vehicles trainers asi software?

I installed gore mod, menyoo trainer, realistic guns and sounds, and euphoria mod

I am having the exact same issue.. Did a clean installation and only installed NVE and LSPDFR. Game won't boot up with rage and crashes immediately after the game tries to load. But it will load fine without rage. My log file is also gone!

NVE interferes with how RAGE loads. You need to boot normal GTA, then 15 seconds later launch RAGE. Alternatively, you can use the .bat file included with NVE. Should be called like GTAV & RAGE Launch Fix.bat or something, and will be in your root GTAV folder.

This is a bad mod. Try removing this. You may have to make a new mods folder if you didn't back it up, or you can look through the OIV file if you know how (WinRar).

Try deleting that file that it's erroring out on.
