I have no idea if this is the right place to go, however I am beyond frustrated. I have sat here for the latter part of 2 hours trying every fix in the book and nothing. Pictured below is what my rage gets stuck on. It's either this, or when I launch rage like I normally used to which was allowing the game to get to the screen with story mode, online, etc, it now just says "Game is already running..." and then sits on "launching game" and refuses to go any further. I have tried running it as admin, restarting my computer, adjusting compatibility mode, uninstalling, reinstalling, NOTHING is working. Please help as I have reached the end of my rope.

I know you mentioned re-installing, but is this a clean copy of GTA with only LSPDFR?

Very sorry for getting back to you so late, yes this is a clean copy of GTA. Fully deleted the folder and reinstalled the game. I redownloaded LSPDFR with RPH and it still does the same thing. It's very frustrating.

Hi! You shouldn't download RPH from ragepluginhook.com. Installing LSPDFR using the lspdfr_setup is the only thing you have to do in order to play the game. Ragepluginhook automaticly comes with the installing of LSPDFR using the lspdfr_setup 🙂

 

So, kindly uninstall lspdfr using the lspdfr_uninstall.exe inside of your main directory and then only install LSPDFR

Yeah, that's what I mean. I didn't download RPH from the site, or else this would be a whole different error. I downloaded LSPDFR with RPH completely fresh and it does the same thing.

Do you have any open applications on your computer that would interfere with RPH? Overlays sometimes are the culprit of this.

I've turned off the overlays like Nvidia and xbox game center, I only had my GTA folder and my game open when this occurs. Nothing is working and I'm just extremely frustrated. 

Your antivirus or your firewall can also cause that problem. 
Please try to disable both your firewall and your antivirus and launch Ragepluginhook afterwards

You can try one last thing, which is booting into safe mode which ensures no programs will open at startup. Try launching LSPDFR in safe mode.

Safe mode will automatically disable itself upon the next PC restart.

I tried this as well. Nothing. I just don't understand why. About 7-8 months ago stuff was working as intended and now just refuses to work. I have no logs, nothing. It's like rage doesn't even exist. It's very frustrating.
