The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hi so i just came back from my summer holidays and there where some new updates so i updated my skripthook, my lspdfr and my RagePluginHook but after i started the game all vehicles where back to normal and my EUP wasnt working anymore

if a gta update comes out, there are always new data like vehicles or weapons, which are located in the main directory and for you means to update your mods folder.

it looks like this (see picture, a green notification in openiv)
