The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    @OfficerChris1 I've just uploaded an update to Section136Callouts which should address this bug. Thank you for being in the minority of people who actually alert the developers, rather than just prompting pack removal. 🙂

    now i don't have Section136Callouts in my game system I removed it which made my game playable. I'm not good at plugins or troubleshooting. So I had to remove it as it was still unstable. I like this plugin and in future I need to load it again.

    I have since updated it, so would suggest giving it another download. I wouldn't say it's unstable per say - and I've updated it to enable it to be a little more forgiving to your system.
