The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Game crashing immediately when Rage is opened

Once GTA starts loading, the console opens for a split second and then Rage immediately crashes saying, "Slow system or insufficient permissions." or it will say "insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus." I have both a video clip and the log. Any help would be appreciated because I don't feel like completely redownloading everything. I have launched in administrator mode with my anti-virus disabled and have restarted my computer many times. I also have all plugins unloaded and have renamed mods folder to "_mods".

    Don't disable your antivirus, make an exception instead.

    Configure the GTAV folder permissions to ensure that users, SYSTEM & Administrators have full control. Then retry.
