Also i'd recommend just uploading your RAGEPluginHook.log file directly to here. The file is located in your GTAV root folder.

when I get a connection, the game generates it normally and I can go to it, but in the background there is some process "RAGE plugin hook working ..."

This isn't the right log. Please send the one that is in your GTAV root folder. It should be below RAGEPluginHook.exe.

Try re-installing LSPDFR. You are missing some data for it I believe.

I'm not really sure then. You might have to reinstall your whole game.
