GTA V Steam Wont Launch

Spoiler

Gta V will not start, Steam Edition

I updated LSPDFR Gameconfig, packfile, scripthook V, ragehook

Verified integrity of GTA V files,

Replaced GTA V files with a vanilla copy I had.

Verified the integrity of those files and then updated GTA V automatically as requested.  Did the above again just to be 100 percent sure

Completely removed and re-installed GTA V Rockstar Social Club.

Updated LML

Loaded Gameconfig through LML instead of doing it manually.

Tried running GTA V.exe, Steam and Rockstar Social Club as administrator

Turned off all virus protection/firewall

Made sure drivers are up to date

Checked that all files are in the correct location and that steam can find them.

Drove to the beach and came back so my head didn't explode.

Typically i launch the game through Rockstar Social Club

I tried also launching through steam and through the GTA V.exe application in the folder

Still doesn't launch

Any help would be appreciated

Try disabling LML all together as well as your mods folder.

I moved LML and the mods folders to a backup folder and then deleted both.  Restarted computer.  Still does not load.  I noticed when I initiate the game through rockstar social club it says loading for a bit and then quickly says exiting game or something to that effect.

Weird. Try using a fresh mods folder with only a custom gameconfig. Keep LML out.

Sure is.  I added a new mods folder.  Tried with original gameconfig, tried with more mods and less mods with the stock traffic and 0.5.  Still no change.  I should note that I am using Shadow PC.  Just an FYI, I doubt it's the culprit.
