Steam Library > Right click GTA V > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity
 
GTA V Retail
 
Rockstar Games Launcher > Click GTA V > Click Settings > Verify
 
GTA V Epic Games
Go to your Epic Games Library > GTA V > click the three little dots > Verify

Already tried all files are good

Rename your mods folder to .mods and try to load into your game

Now I no longer get the error about corrupted data however my game crashes instantaneously

Please try following this tutorial:

 If this doesn't work you need to fully remake your mods folder, making sure to install a gameconfig.xml.
